Results of the All-Ukrainian Conference on Inclusive Employment — 2026

On May 25–26, the All-Ukrainian conference “Inclusive Employment: From Barriers to Opportunities” took place in Vinnytsia, organized by NGO “Parostok” with USAID support.

Over 150 representatives of civil society organizations, businesses, government agencies, and international organizations from across Ukraine participated. Attendees discussed best practices for employing people with disabilities, legislative changes, and the role of technology in ensuring workplace accessibility.

Following the conference, a resolution with recommendations for government bodies and businesses was prepared.
